+ How long does shipping take?
We partner with both UPS and UberRush (same day delivery) for New York so your package arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
Each piece is made to measure for you in our newyorker workshop. The fulfillment times can't exceed 7 business days but usually will take less. You can always track your order through your account or the shipping confirmation email sent after your order is sent out. If you need help finding your tracking number or have further questions about shipping, please email us at email@example.com.
+ How will I know when my order has shipped?
We will send you an email including your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
+ How much does shipping cost?
In the US, standard shipping (1 to 3 business days) is free. Fees for Express shipping (1 business day) and UberRUSH (same day delivery) are calculated at the checkout and vary depending on your city.
+ Lost Package
If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been market delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days, we will replace your order free of charge (Us only). Please note that Baby O is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared "Delivered" byt the delivery service.
+ How do you charge sales taxes?
Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York State and is calculated at the checkout depending on your city.
+ What is your return policy?
We are excited about our products and we want you to feel great about them too. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a free return for a full refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Refund will apply ONLY if the item is unworn and unused.
Please kindly understand that all engraved or personalized items are final sale. We will not accept any exchange or refunds once an order has been placed.
+ Do you ship ouside of the US?
Shipping internationally is sent through USPS and calculated at checkout. Pricing for international orders varies and is based on the receiving country. Ordering multiple items at a time will not increase the cost if shipping to a single address.
+ International Taxes & Duties
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse a shipment from Baby O, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Baby O. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
+ Lost Package
For International orders, please contact your local postal service for information on how to file a claim as we are unable to replace lost packages from international orders.
+ Jewelry Safety for Children Under Three Years of Age
We recommend children under three (3) years of age be supervised at all times while wearing our jewelry. Never leave a child under the age of three unattended while wearing any jewelry product. Remove all jewelry before napping, riding in a car seat, bath-time, unattended playtime, or bedtime.
+ Small jewelry may present a choking hazard
Jewelry for children under three (3) year old should be worn always supervised by an adult to prevent a possible choking hazard.
CLEANING AND CARE
+ How should I care for my Baby O fine jewelry?
Baby O jewelry is strong but delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions.
For bracelets, clasp should be closed when not being worn to assure the chain does not tangle or knot. You can clean your piece with warm water and little bit of soap then wipe it with a soft cloth. It will bring it back to its original shine!
SPECS AND SIZING
+ What kind of materials do you use?
Diamonds: All of our diamonds are F color & SI quality, meaning they look great to the naked eye, regardless of how close you get. We choose ONLY the best diamond quality as we want our jewelry to always sparkle.
Gold: 14 karat is the most luxurious common gold on the market but it is not only composed with gold. To obtain its perfect yellow, white and rose color, we mix it with other alloys: including palladium, nickel, zinc, copper and silver.
+ How do I figure out the child bracelet size?
1 - Use a flexible measuring tape or piece of string, and gently wrap it around the child’s wrist, just below the wrist-bone, in the same place where you would place a watch.
2 - Take note of the measurement if using a measuring tape, or cut the string to the proper length. Then lay the string out straight and measure it using a ruler.
3 - Add ½” to the measurement to obtain the proper bracelet size.
+ What form of payment do you accept?
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex.
+ Does my order include a warranty?
Yes, all jewelry purchased on Baby O comes with a 6-month warranty from the date purchased. We pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces, and want you to be fully satisfied. If your piece happens to break, we will be happy to fix your item free of charge. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones. Please note that Baby O Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to accept any items for return if they have been altered by a third party jeweler.
+ Does my jewelry piece come with certificate of authenticity?
Every item has its own certificate of authenticity and will be include with the piece of jewelry.
